Book launch and reading for Buried in Time

I bring you news of a book launch and reading I’m performing tomorrow — Monday 13th July — in Moseley, Birmingham, for the most recent Touchstone book, BURIED IN TIME. You might not be able to make that – many people on my mailing list aren’t even in the UK, let alone Birmingham – but if you are local, do drop in.

If you can’t make it, don’t worry. There’s a fair bit of media activity around the event and I’ll be linking you up to it when I can.

First off, I’m heading to BBC Birmingham at 8.30am Monday morning to talk to Adrian Goldberg on his breakfast show, so do listen out for that. Hopefully there will be an On Demand recording of it available too.

Secondly, Satnam Rana of BBC Midlands Today will be coming along to film the event for a future feature about self-publishing and my Jack the Ripper story. When that appears, I’ll let you know, but she says it will be a month or two away.

Thirdly, we’ve got Birmingham filmmaker Brendan O’Neill filming the entire event as well. He’ll be editing some packages and we’ll be putting them online in the future.

We might also make the local press, so look out for that too.

So if you can’t make it, you’ll have plenty of chances to experience it.

I’m terrified, if I’m honest, but I’m sure it will all go swimmingly!
